Album #7 for Stripped Digital and its another compilation (unmixed) from Norman H showcasing some of Mexico’s production talent.The new album is packed with no less than 33 brand new previously unreleased material from some of the countries talented producers with the likes of the always popular Tini Tun (We Are Here Records.Mx)  who once graced the decks at the legendary Twilo in New York, Vazik (Sounds Of Earth Records) and Andy Martin a young man who himself has had his talents spotted by none other than Magda, Marc Houle & Troy Pierce for their brand new Berlin based label Items & Things. These are just three of the artists appearing on the album expect to hear previews etc etc in the coming weeks leading up to the albums release.

This compilation can be described as a blend of Deep House, Tech House, Progressive House, Techno,Electronica,Indie Dance / Nu Disco and it stands on it’s own as worthy successor to last years “Argentina” – Stripped Digital.

Release #86 on Hype Muzik takes us to the capital of Mexico. Mexico City (D.F) where we find Juan Sould & Sergio Garcia also known as DJ/Production duo Left & Right.Known in the countries capital for their groove filled deep house and nu disco vibes playing regularly at some of the cities most respected venues the duo have combined in the studio to great effect. This is their first full release on Hype Muzik entitled “Summer Morning EP”. Tony Bove, aka T-Lectual, has been inspiring dance floors and producing music for over a decade.

Born in Korea and raised in different cities spanning the entire US, Tony was exposed to a variety of genre’s and cultures from which he draws his musical inspiration and can be heard in his live shows today. A true artist, his style meshes an eclectic blend of all great things in House music – Deep, Tech, Progressive, Down-Tempo or whatever the occasion demands.

In 2006, Tony graduated with degrees in Audio Engineering and Entertainment Business from the prestigious recording school, Full Sail University in Florida. During his time at Full Sail, Tony honed his production skills by learning from giants like Noel Sanger, Medway and Grammy Nominee Michael Reaves. Since his graduation, he has gone on to produce multiple hits for reputable record labels like Mirabilis, Polytechnic, and Digiprana. His tracks continually receive critical acclaim and support from his peers as well as global DJ icons such as Hernan Cattaneo.
His production background helps him in the DJ booth as well. His understanding of music, his ability to immediately identify the tracks harmonic center and chords allows him to mix tracks seamlessly and create a flawless continual flow of energy on the dance floor.

Due to the success and acclaim he’s received for his productions, Tony recently formed Intellectual Mastering; a company which helps artists with, what is arguably the most important finishing touch to any track, the mastering. Tony’s new venture has quickly gained clientele from record labels and artists in multiple genres including House, Tech, Progressive and Hip-Hop.

Tony has played alongside a myriad of DJ heavyweights including John “Quivver” Graham, Colette, Steve Smooth, and Noel Sanger to name a few. Quickly gaining recognition in his new home town, he was recently voted St. Louis’ Best Progressive House DJ by his peers. Gaining valuable experience playing at a wide range of parties and clubs across the South-East, South and Mid-West states, Tony knows just what to do and when to do it.

Finally Stripped Digital is the first of our three labels has reached its landmark century of releases.Launching in September 2005 the label has almost been around for 7 years and had support of its releases from some of the biggest names on the world stage such as Sasha,John Digweed,Hernan Cattaneo,Nick Warren,James Zabiela,Carl Cox,Richie Hawtin,Ricky Ahmed,Dave Seaman,Laurent Garnier,Roger Sanchez,Markus Schultz,Sandra Collins and many many more.

For release #100 we have brought out the vault Paula Pedroza’s Eita! and given it a makeover with some fresh new mixes from Oliver Moldan,Smak (aka Steve McCready),NameSpace,Mechanique,Delta 7even,Edvard Monogram,Mark Kane and Tim Penner.

Brazilian-born, but crafted as a professional Dj in the New York city lights, the resident of Pacha Brazil Paula Pedroza has been buzzing the airwaves lately with great success. Award winning DJ by Brazil’s ”Cool Magazine” the stunning DJ and producer keeps a busy schedule between her percussive beats in the studio and thriving into the night life on the decks of both local and international clubs and festivals with a very precise, yet subtle way of mixing setting the mood on the dance floor.

Some of her recent accomplishments include in the context one of the “fathers” of progressive house, Sasha, who opened his set for the   BBC Radio One 500th Essential Mix  with one of her own productions ”Anjos” [Moojaa Remix]on Stripped Digital, since then the legendary Dj has been smashing her tunes globally including the follow up to releaased last summer again on Stripped Digital entitled “Eita! EP” giving Paula recognition as a producer.

Furthermore into her productions, she leaves yet her mark in the globally acclaimed Global Underground compilation series, this time around with her track “Duende” grabbed by Tom Novy who featured it in his first appearance in the series.

The facts go on her work as a producer is mentioned inside Brendan Blood‘s new semi-autobiographical book, ”God is a dj,… But he just warms up for Sasha”.

A new age is set for electronic music artists from Brazil to the world, and Paula Pedroza is sure to be sitting at the top, as a prolific inspiring DJ and as a creative mind rocking her percussive beats in the studio.
